Our founder Andy, a young and dedicated freelance chef, has transformed private dining experiences through a creative approach nurtured by training alongside renowned chefs. Andy’s culinary experience is comprehensive. Most of his work stems from modern European and classical French cuisine, however, Andy also has a keen interest in Japanese and East Asian flavours. This forms the basis of our menu creation, styled in line with the seasons, for minimal environmental impact. This allows us to provide set menu options, as well as fully bespoke dining opportunities.
